Looking to the future, SPPI is strategically expanding its presence to support economic growth. The company is developing new projects in key areas, including a logistics-focused park in Tarlac; the LISP IV east side; the expansion of the Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park; a new industrial park at New Clark City; and a new, 100-hectare industrial park in Batangas along the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road Tollway corridor. These developments will collectively cover nearly 1,500 hectares, reinforcing SPPI’s role in shaping the country’s investment landscape.
