The 18th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, presented by Kohler and supported by Dongpeng Ceramic and Subzero Wolf, took place on Friday, 8 December at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Bangkok. This prestigious event marked the culmination of the 2023 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, honoring the best and brightest in the real estate industry across diverse markets in Asia. Over 130 winners from various categories gathered at the black-tie gala dinner and presentation ceremony, vying for recognition as the Best in Asia. The awards spanned 54 categories, including 11 Developer awards, 27 Development awards, and 15 Design awards.

Mean Chey Avenue in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is a flagship community mall developed by RM Commercial Co., Ltd. Kingbridge Tower in Thailand is honored with two awards: Best Office Interior Design (Asia) and Best Office Architectural Design (Asia). This LEED-Gold office, located near Bhumibol Bridge in Bangkok, showcases impressive energy-efficient and sustainable design, providing breathtaking river views. Inspired by the iconic Bhumibol Bridge, the tower stands as an Iconic Grade A Office in Bangkok, emphasizing sustainability with solar energy devices. Andaman by Eastern & Oriental Berhad (E&O), stands as a masterplanned island that aims to strike a perfect balance between peaceful island living and vibrant urban experiences.
