Dr. Fabian Elzanowski, LL.M., Partner
Fabian Elzanowski specialises in transactional work including M&A, joint ventures and transactions concerning renewable energy, waste-to-energy and energy storage projects.
He is an expert in contract law, company law, real estate law, energy law and competition law.
Apart from his transactional focus, he advises clients on commercial contracts, day-to-day operations and commercial disputes.
Elzanowski graduated with a master’s and doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a master’s degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, and a postgraduate degree in finance and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
He is valued for his sound understanding of transactions and business conditions, problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. He is also the author of numerous business law publications.
Dr. hab. Filip Elżanowski, Managing Partner
Filip is a legal advisor with 20 years of professional experience in the industry. He manages the most experienced team of legal experts in the field of energy, infrastructure and industry.
He specialises in strategic consulting for domestic and international entities, including: on the largest projects regarding onshore, offshore, renewable energy, conventional and nuclear energy. He specialises in sector mergers and acquisitions (M&A), infrastructure and transport projects, including greenfield investments.
He cooperates with local government bodies in Poland, and also advises the largest clients of the industrial sector in Poland in the field of infrastructure. He is involved in complex projects in the field of energy transformation at the national and European level. Additionally, he advises on legislative and regulatory processes.
Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw with 16 years of teaching experience. He obtained his habilitated doctor’s degree in 2016. Author of several dozen scientific publications and numerous monographs. From 2021, President of the Management Board of the Association of Energy Law Lawyers.
Anna Kucińska, Partner
Anna is an attorney with over 15 years experience. An advisor to energy enterprises and industrial plants. She specialises in energy law. She has participated in several dozens of big projects in the energy sector, including ones implemented by the biggest energy groups and industrial plants in Poland.
She represents clients in the proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Office. Additionally, she is experienced in legislation – she participated in many legislative procedures on legal acts that are of key importance to the operation of the energy market in Poland by drafting and reviewing proposals for legislative change. She is valued for her professionalism and comprehensive knowledge about the energy sector.
Marek Kowalski, Partner
Marek is an attorney with over 11 years experience. An advisor to the leading companies in the railway sector. He specialises in railway regulation and administrative law. He represents clients in the proceedings before the Office of Rail Transport and administrative courts.
