Hao Yin has evolved from a frontline engineer to CTO and now to CEO, providing him comprehensive knowledge of the technical and business aspects of the industry. The experience determined his approach to innovation, making sure that new technologies are not only cutting-edge but also financially sustainable.

Transforming district heating
TEGnology’s self-powered monitoring solutions are revolutionizing district heating and cooling (DHC) systems. By generating electricity directly from underground pipes, these systems eliminate battery dependence, improving efficiency and sustainability. A pilot project has shown the potential for €134 million in annual savings in a country like Denmark.
EU regulations on energy efficiency, raw materials, sustainability, and digitalization speed up the implementation of the company’s advanced power solutions. TEGnology, in partnership with Wioniq Nordic Group, is launching WiDeteck A1 in Q1 in 2025.
