As of 2025, Sysmex operates five subsidiaries in South Africa, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Egypt and Kenya and works with local partners and distributors to support nearly all 54 countries on the continent. Sysmex South Africa (Pty) Ltd., established in 2006 as the company\u2019s first affiliate in Africa, manages operations in Southern African countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
