The wellness areas are the heart of the property, and they are exceptional. The standout is the heated outdoor pool, especially in the crisp October air. Indoors, there is a second heated pool, a Jacuzzi, two Finnish saunas, a steam room, an infrared sauna and a cold plunge pool. Melea also offers an outdoor sauna set in the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dinner on our first night was wholesome yet satisfying, and breakfast the next morning was even more memorable. The pancakes with berries and pomegranate were a highlight, alongside fresh yogurt, chia bowls and excellent coffee. The \u00e0 la carte and buffet offerings reinforce Melea\u2019s belief that mindful eating is part of holistic well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For guests wanting a deeper food education, Melea offers nutrition workshops, cooking labs and lectures providing practical guidance for long-term health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of therapies, Melea\u2019s Nuvola treatment was especially unique. Floating in warm water inside a supported cocoon-like system creates a sensation of weightless calm, almost like returning to the womb. We followed it with a Thai massage and a foot treatment, both delivered by skilled Asian therapists whose warmth added a familiar touch to the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
