One of Windpal\u2019s key milestones was reached this year when it completed Japan\u2019s first Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) survey at Akita Port using the Ammonite system. Even with challenges brought on by the weather, the survey still yielded critical insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Ammonite, a state-of-the-art seabed CPT system, successfully demonstrated its capabilities, providing valuable data for offshore wind project planning,\u201d says Skou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis solution allows us to operate in varying water depths using the same equipment, reducing environmental impact and promoting renewable solutions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
