Three-quarters of consumers report difficulty trusting information, leading to a greater need for brands that inspire confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tong outlined four ways AI can help bridge this gap: by enhancing knowledge, fostering creativity, enabling innovation, and being deployed responsibly. \u201cConsumers are looking for something they can trust,\u201d she said, emphasizing the value of industry respect and social proof in building stronger relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
